Cancellation Policy
I will charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows. A full deposit will be required of a service if you ever want to schedule in the future. If you cancel within 24 hours and reschedule, I will not charge a cancellation fee. However, this will be discretion based if it is abused. I understand that life happens and will waive all fees for the first unforeseeable event, should there ever be one. Should you exceed the one-time forgiveness, you will be charge 20% thereafter.
